4. Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you place the order.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted and payment is verified.
We accept payments via the methods available at checkout (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and COD where applicable).
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Promotions and offers are valid only for the period specified and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within a total of 5–9 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or misprinted items, reported within 10 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size/colour selected by the customer, or general dissatisfaction
Approved refunds are issued as store credits
