Refund policy

At Cricket Mantra Shop, all our products are custom printed on demand — made especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.


1. What We Can Help With

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following situations:

  • Misprinting – The design is blurry, misaligned, or printed incorrectly
  • Manufacturing defect – The product has a material or stitching defect
  • Damaged in transit – The item arrived damaged due to shipping
  • Wrong item delivered – You received a different product than ordered
  • Broken product (mugs, framed posters) – Item arrived broken

All issues must be reported within 10 days of delivery. For lost shipments, claims must be raised within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. Requests after this window will not be accepted.


2. What We Cannot Accept Returns For

Since every product is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or colour selected by the customer at the time of ordering
  • General dissatisfaction with the design (as previewed on the product page)

If you'd like a different size or colour, a new order will need to be placed at your own cost.


3. How to Raise a Complaint

Email us at shop@crickmantra.com within 10 days of delivery with the following:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photographs of the defective or damaged product
  4. For broken items (mugs/frames): photos of both the broken product and the original packaging with the shipping label clearly visible

We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.


4. Undelivered & Returned Shipments

Sometimes orders are returned to origin (RTO) without being delivered. Common reasons include:

  • Customer not reachable on the provided phone number
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Pincode not serviceable at the time of delivery

If your order is returned undelivered, please contact us at shop@crickmantra.com so we can arrange a re-delivery to the correct address.

Note: If your pincode becomes unserviceable after the order is placed, we are unable to process a refund for the undelivered order.

If an address correction is needed after the shipment has already started travelling, a correction fee of ₹65 + GST will apply.


5. Cancellations

Cancellation by Customer

You may request a cancellation by emailing shop@crickmantra.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • If your order has not yet been processed or printed, we will cancel it and issue a store credit for the full amount.
  • If your order has already been printed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. The order will follow its normal delivery process.

Cancellation by Cricket Mantra Shop

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to:

  • Stock or availability issues
  • Pricing errors on the product listing
  • Fraud or payment verification concerns

If we cancel your order after payment has been collected, you will receive a full store credit within the next billing cycle.


6. Refunds

All approved refunds are issued as store credits, which can be used on your next order at Cricket Mantra Shop.

  • Credits are non-transferable and valid for future purchases only
  • Credits cannot be converted to cash
