At Cricket Mantra Shop, every product is custom printed on demand just for you. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets from us to your door.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are printed and packed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. This is in addition to the delivery time.

Orders are not processed on public holidays or weekends.


2. Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, our shipping partners typically deliver within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the mode of transport (Air or Surface).

Delivery timelines may vary by courier partner and your pin code. Remote locations may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

The Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) shown on the tracking page is an approximation. Your order may arrive slightly before or after this date.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times at your address.
  • After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to origin (RTO).
  • If you request a cancellation after a failed delivery attempt, the order cannot be re-attempted for delivery.

Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct at the time of placing the order so our courier partner can reach you.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If your address is found to be incorrect after the shipment has already started travelling, an address correction fee of ₹65 + GST will apply. Please double-check your address carefully before confirming your order.


7. Damaged Packaging on Delivery

If your order arrives with visibly damaged packaging, please refuse the delivery at the door and contact us immediately at shop@crickmantra.com. Accepting a damaged parcel may limit our ability to raise a claim on your behalf.

Any disputes related to damage during transit must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video as proof.


8. Fake or Incorrect Delivery

If you believe your order was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please raise a dispute within 24 hours of the delivery attempt by emailing shop@crickmantra.com with your order number and details.


9. Lost Orders

In the rare case that your order is confirmed lost by the logistics partner, we will process a replacement or store credit for the retail value of your order. Resolution can take up to 7–9 business days once confirmed by the courier.


10. Delays & Disruptions

We always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes (during sales or festive seasons)
  • Weather conditions or natural calamities
  • Public holidays
  • Courier partner delays

Orders affected by natural calamities are not eligible for a freight refund. We appreciate your patience in such situations.


11. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD charges are not refunded if an order is undelivered and returned to origin.
  • A freight refund for COD orders is only applicable if we have received a Buyer's Positive Response (BPR) from you following the last delivery attempt notification.
